The sprawling Georgia mansion that reality TV stars Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were evicted from in a yearslong foreclosure battle has been put back on the market for $4.2 million, less than one year after the estranged couple were forced out of the property by U.S. marshals.
Former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Zolciak, 47, and Biermann, 40, who are still in the midst of a very bitter divorce battle, purchased the enormous abode for the relatively low price of $880,000 in October 2012, around 11 months after they tied the knot.
The couple welcomed four children together after moving into the Milton, GA, property: Kroy Jr., 14, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. Biermann also legally adopted Zolciak's two daughters from previous relationships, Brielle and Ariana.
Zolciak and Biermann began experiencing significant financial difficulties in the early years of their union, with reports indicating that they nearly lost their opulent abode to foreclosure on multiple occasions, beginning in 2014.
In February 2023, the couple were accused of defaulting on a $1.65 million loan taken out against the property. Their lender, Truist Bank, moved to seize the dwelling and auction it off in a foreclosure sale the following month. Then, in May, the couple announced their separation.
The lender agreed to delay the auction to allow the couple time to try to sell the property privately, a process that they began in October 2023, when the home was listed for $6 million.
What followed was a long and arduous battle as the duo fought desperately to try to find a buyer for the dwelling, with the listing price steadily dropping over the following year. It ultimately plunged to $3.65 million, almost half its original ask.
Biermann later claimed that the listing sparked bitter tensions between himself and his estranged spouse, who were at odds over the best way to market the home.
Legal documents obtained by TMZ in 2025 revealed that Biermann had accused Zolciak of “frivolous” spending, claiming that her penchant for expensive purchases had left them with just one joint asset: their marital mansion.
He asked a court to “remove [Zolciak] from any decision-making process” related to the sale of the home and enable him to offload the property for a price that he believes is reasonable.
Biermann, a former NFL linebacker, also accused Zolciak of refusing to accept an offer of less than $3.85 million because she believed that would not leave her with “enough money to purchase a home” of her own.
In the end, the couple eked out a sale of the home for the drastically reduced price of $2.75 million. The deal was understood to have closed just before a foreclosure auction of the dwelling was due to be held in December 2024.
The drama did not end there, with reports surfacing in June 2025 that the duo had to be forced out of the property by U.S. marshals after they failed to vacate the home by the date that was set by its new owners.
A legal filing obtained by Page Six revealed that the former Bravo star and her estranged spouse were accused of staying in the "premises over and beyond the term for which they rented to them."
After the first few filings from the new owners went unanswered by the estranged couple, U.S. marshals intervened and removed them from the home on April 8, 2025.
Nearly a year later, those same owners put the property, which is known as The Manor, back on the market. Their initial listing price of $4.65 million has since dropped to $4.19 million.
The listing description fails to highlight the property's somewhat tumultuous history, nor does it call attention to the celebrity status of its former owners. Instead, it focuses on the mansion's impressive amenities, from the "one-of-a-kind entertaining lounge" to the private arcade.
"This gated brick-and-stone estate pairs timeless architecture with resort-level amenities and exceptional outdoor living," it says.
Offering more than 15,600 square feet of living space, the property features a rather imposing exterior, complete with multiple chimneys, a turret-style addition, and enormous entryway doors. A circular driveway, which is protected by a large metal gate, establishes an image of luxury from the moment you arrive.
The mansion has seven bedrooms, as well as an array of entertaining and living areas. The enormous formal dining room is accented with patterned wallpaper and a unique chandelier. Opposite the dining room is a cozy yet upscale wood-paneled office, which features elegant built-ins and a fireplace.
At the heart of the home is the impressive chef's kitchen, which is outfitted with an "oversized island with seating, triple-edge countertops, custom cabinetry, and premium Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances, along with a light-filled, circular breakfast area."
Perhaps the most impressive space on the main level is the living room, which features a double-height ceiling, exposed wooden beams, enormous walls of windows, and a fireplace. Here, French doors open to the backyard and pool areas.
Interestingly, the primary suite is also located on the main floor, rather than upstairs, a design decision that affords the area a vast amount of space.
"The primary suite on the main level is a true retreat, complete with a sitting area, fireplace, and a dramatic double-tray ceiling adorned with two matching chandeliers," the listing notes.
"The spa-inspired bath offers separate vanities, a soaking tub, and an expansive multi-head shower, while the extraordinary two-story custom closet-with built-ins and a center island-keeps everything beautifully organized."
For those with a fondness for entertaining on a grand scale, the jewel of the property will undoubtedly be the entertaining lounge, which "connects seamlessly to the pool and outdoor spaces." It is currently configured to include a "full-scale bar with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, beverage cooler, ice maker, dishwasher, and a full-size wine refrigerator."
Upstairs, residents can enjoy the run of four more en suite bedrooms, as well as "play space" and another sitting room, which is located inside a unique circular room, complete with a domed ceiling.

Additional guest quarters can be found above the detached garage. This "private suite" comes with a full bathroom, which the listing notes was previously "used as a salon." It now "offers exceptional flexibility as an au pair or guest suite, home office, creative studio, or additional living space."
Outside, there is an array of features designed to take full advantage of the sprawling 1.78-acre plot, including a half basketball court, a swimming pool, a spa, an in-ground trampoline, and ample space for seating, "all framed by impressive privacy, lake views, and golf-front scenery."

According to Zolciak, she has since relocated to a new, smaller residence in Georgia, where she has been documenting her decorating process on social media.
"I just moved into a brand-new home that I love at the end of February," she revealed during a July 2025 appearance on Andy Cohen's "Watch What Happens Live." "I'm happy, it's great, it's perfect."
However, Zolciak's divorce battle with Biermann is far from over, with the latter recently filing for sole custody of their children. In a court filing obtained by People, he claimed that Zolciak has been "wholly unavailable to parent the children in any fashion."
Zolciak had been absent from the kids' lives on several occasions, he said, claiming that she had left the country for extended periods of time in what he claimed was a violation of their temporary mediated parenting plan.
Zolciak furiously denied his claims in a statement issued to the outlet: "These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character. I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for—something I will never apologize for."
